Machine Compare, a manufacturing marketplace launching a new SaaS platform, needed more than a CRM - they needed a complete growth infrastructure. We built an integrated system from the ground up: a multi-channel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and YouTube to drive acquisition, automated nurture sequences for every stage of the funnel, and a sales and services pipeline with automations to increase conversion and ensure effective onboarding.

Pipedrive suits sales-led businesses that want simplicity. We will recommend what is right for you, not what is easiest for us.

We already have a CRM. Can you work with what we have?

Yes. Most of our engagements start with an audit of an existing setup rather than a greenfield build. Inherited CRMs are often misconfigured, underused, or missing key automations - and fixing that is usually faster and more impactful than starting again. We will tell you honestly whether your current platform can do what you need, or whether a migration makes more sense.
